Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AgenC Marketing Platform (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is an internal marketing-operations tool operated by AgenC bureau. It is intended to be used by AgenC employees to perform paid-media audits, website-tracking reviews, and Merchant Center feed diagnostics on behalf of AgenC clients.

Questions about this policy or requests relating to your data can be sent to jbk@kompetencekanalen.dk.

2. Data we collect

When an AgenC employee signs in with Google and connects a Google Ads account, the Service collects and stores:

  • Basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture) supplied by Google for authentication.
  • An OAuth refresh token that lets the Service call Google APIs on the user's behalf.
  • Google Ads account identifiers (customer IDs, manager IDs) and the metrics, keywords, search terms, negatives, and conversion-tracking data returned by the Google Ads API.
  • Google Merchant Center account identifiers and the product feed health data returned by the Merchant Reporting API.
  • Identifiers and metadata for Google Slides presentations and Google Drive files created by the Service on the user's behalf.
  • Audit outputs generated by the Service (findings, generated slide content, AI-generated illustrations).

3. How we use this data

We use the data listed above exclusively to:

  • Authenticate AgenC employees and keep them signed in.
  • Display Google Ads performance, keyword, and conversion data inside AgenC's internal dashboards.
  • Generate audit findings and client-ready presentation decks from that data.
  • Save the generated presentations to AgenC's shared Google Drive folder so that other team members can access them.
  • Surface Merchant Center feed issues for e-commerce clients.

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

AgenC Marketing Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Where data is stored

  • User accounts, sessions, OAuth tokens, and audit findings are stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Neon.
  • AI-generated images used in audit decks are stored in Vercel Blob storage.
  • Presentation files that are created through the Service live in Google Drive (under AgenC's shared folder), under the permissions set by Google Workspace.

6. AI processing

To produce audit findings and slide content, the Service sends structured audit data (campaign summaries, keyword groupings, Merchant Center issues, tracking-audit results) to large language models hosted by OpenRouter. This data is limited to the information needed to produce the audit output. Google account credentials and OAuth tokens are never sent to OpenRouter.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share Google user data with third parties except with the infrastructure providers required to operate the Service:

  • Vercel — application hosting and file storage.
  • Neon — managed Postgres database.
  • OpenRouter — large language model inference, limited to the audit data described in section 6.
  • Google — the APIs whose data we access on the user's behalf.

Each of these providers acts as a processor on our behalf and is bound by its own terms of service and privacy commitments.

8. Retention and deletion

Google user data and audit findings are retained for as long as an AgenC employee's account is active. To request deletion of your account and the associated data, email jbk@kompetencekanalen.dk. You can also revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account permissions; the refresh token stored by the Service will be invalidated automatically.

9. Security

OAuth refresh tokens are stored server-side and are only used by the Service to call Google APIs. Access to the underlying databases is restricted to AgenC infrastructure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
